Raccoon is a Japanese B2B Internet company incorporated in Japan in September 1996. The Company specialises in liquidating first-quality product closeouts, surplus stocks and production overruns of general consumer merchandise such as clothing, electronic equipment, furniture and houseware between businesses. By liquidating excess stock online, businesses are able to convert these excess stocks into working capital. Target clients includes corporations, resellers and wholesalers.

In addition to above, the company has started non-excess inventory market place named "SuperDelivery" in February 2002. Currently, it has more than one hundred manufacturers and trading companies, including several large and listed companies. By using "Super Delivery", small retailers which were unable to trade with large manufacturers due to their small trading volume or weak financial position, can now trade directly with large manufacturers. At present, SuperDelivery has about 1200 retail members which pay a monthly membership fee to Raccoon.
