Our Management Team is one of our key resources and is actively involved in investment decision-making. Although we have had a short operating history, Management Team members have many years' experience, from both an investment and an operating perspective, in the Internet and in high technology sectors. Many of them have also been collaborating in previous roles prior to their involvement in ITG. Management is overseen by a Board of Directors.

Our Advisory Board consists of leading businesspeople from across the Asia-Pacific region, with senior-level experience in general management, sales and marketing and information technology.

Our Strategic Investors consists of companies such as The GE Asia Pacific Capital Technology Fund ("GE Capital"), Trans Cosmos USA Inc. ("Trans Cosmos"), Citicorp Investment Bank (Singapore) Limited ("Citicorp") and Standard Chartered Private Equity Limited ("SCPEL") who will assist us in ITG and are actively contributing to the Group's ongoing development in Asia.
