Mr Goh Ching Wah, George
Group Executive Chairman
Mr George Goh is responsible for the overall group direction, strategic-planning, business development and investors’ relations. He is also the Chairman of our related companies, Ossia International Limited and VGO International Pte Ltd. He is also the Deputy Chairman of Pertama Holdings Limited, trading under the name of ‘’Harvey Norman’’, which retails electrical, computer, furniture and household products.
Mr George Goh and his brothers Joe and Steven are seasoned entrepreneurs who co-founded ITG, Ossia Group and the VGO Group who won the 1994 Rotary-ASME Entrepreneur Award.
He is also a Council Member at the Red Cross Society and an Executive Board Member of the Presbyterian Community Services and Presbyterian Preschool Services Ltd. He is also the Founder of the Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship and Adjunct Lecturer at BML Munjal University and Tribhuvan University.
Mr Goh Ching Huat, Steven
Executive Director
Mr Steven Goh is responsible for overall management of the company and overseeing the Group’s businesses. He is also the Group Executive Chairman of VGO group and Executive Director of Ossia Group. He and his two brothers have more than 35 years of experience in the distribution and retailing of lifestyle products in footwear, fashion apparel, sporting goods, golf, bags and accessories under the Ossia Group and World of Sports, Mizuno, Columbia and Outdoors.
Mr Goh Ching Lai, Joe
Executive Director
Mr Joe Goh also holds a Non-Executive Director position at Ossia International Limited, VGO International Pte Ltd and Pertama Holdings Limited, trading under the name of ‘’Harvey Norman’’. He and his two brothers have more than 35 years of experience in the distribution and retailing of lifestyle products in footwear, fashion apparel, sporting goods, golf and accessories.
